Priority Registration

Priority Registration is for students enrolling in consecutive sessions. Please do not purchase any additional spaces. If you would like to register an additional student (sibling, friend) please check with us to confirm availability, or additional registraitons will be returned.

 

Flex Class

Each student in our kids classes receives one flex class per session. Flex classes cannot be used for tuition credit, and cannot be carried over to the next session. Use your flex class to make up a missed class, attend an extra class, or to bring a friend, age 8+ with parent permission, and new to Insight. Additional make up classes are not available for any reason.

 

Covid Policy:

Students, please do not attend class if you are sick. Please take a covid-19 test ensuring a negative result before returning to class if you or child has symptoms, or has had exposure to covid-19.

 

Refund Policy

After registration is completed, students dropping the class can receive either credit or refund. We require 5 days notice in advance of the first missed class that is eligible for a credit or refund. A $50 admin fee is deducted to cover processing costs for a refund. We will issue a refund using your original payment method.

 

Credits

Students that elect to leave the balance as a credit must give 5 days notice before the first missed class that is eligible for a credit. Credits cannot be used for drop in classes, and cannot be used during the session that they were issued. Tuition credit can only be used toward enrollment in a future session.

 

Cancelled Classes

Classes cancelled by Insight for any reason will be credited toward your next enrollment, or students can schedule a make up class if they prefer. Students not continuing their enrollment in a future term will be refunded for the missed class at the close of their current term.

 

Switching Class Days

There may be a price difference for students switching days mid-session based on the number of class meetings. Any balance due must be paid at the time the student switches. Any credit due will be issued as either a credit toward your next enrollment or scheduled as an additional class if space allows, according to the student's preference.

Class meets weekly. Our winter session runs from January 8 through March 10, 2024.
