Weekly Class

Priority Registration is for students enrolling in consecutive sessions. Please do not purchase any additional spaces. If you would like to register an additional student (sibling, friend) please check with us to confirm availability, or additional registrations will be returned. Our late fall session runs from October 21 through December 22, 2024. We will be closed for Thanksgiving week from November 25 through December 1, 2024. Kids will build skill through project-based learning. With step-by-step guidance, students learn the fundamentals of drawing and painting while they work on projects of their choosing, appropriate to their age and skill level. All supplies are included in our kids classes.

Insight Policies

Make Up Policy: Students in our kids classes will be offered one flex class per session. Schedule your flex class to make up for a missed class, as an extra class, or share your flex class with a new student and schedule it for a friend age 8 - 17. Additional make up classes are not available. Flex classes do not carry over to future sessions, cannot be used for tuition credit and are non-transferrable. For Adults, make up classes are limited to one per session except with director approval. Make up classes cannot be used for tuition credit. Covid-19 / Illness Policy: Please do not attend class or send your child to class if you / they are sick. Please follow CDC guidelines on quarantining and masking and ensure that you / your child can attend class without putting Insight students and staff at risk. Refund Policy After registration is completed, students dropping the class can receive either credit or refund. We require 5 days notice in advance of the first missed class that is eligible for a credit or refund. A $50 admin fee is deducted to cover processing costs for a refund. We will issue a refund using your original payment method. Credits Students that elect to leave the balance as a credit must give 5 days notice before the first missed class that is eligible for a credit. Credits cannot be used for drop in classes, and cannot be used during the session that they were issued. Tuition credit can only be used toward enrollment in a future session. Cancelled Classes Classes cancelled by Insight for any reason will be credited toward your next enrollment, or students can schedule a make up class if they prefer. Students not continuing their enrollment in a future term will be refunded for the missed class at the close of their current term. Switching Class Days There may be a price difference for students switching days mid-session based on the number of class meetings. Any balance due must be paid at the time the student switches. Any credit due will be issued as either a credit toward your next enrollment or scheduled as an additional class if space allows, according to the student's preference.
