July 13 - July 17 Join us as we embark on a week-long artistic adventure every morning from 12:45 pm to 4:00 pm. Campers will be guided through daily activities designed to be fun, creative and engaging! Registered campers receive a free Insight Fine Art Studio T-Shirt! Activities: Our Art Party Play Camp continues with an exciting week themed Animals Are Amazing! Young artists will explore the beauty, personality, and movement of animals through a variety of creative projects inspired by creatures big and small. Using different art materials and techniques, campers will create paintings and mixed-media pieces that celebrate their favorite animals. Throughout the week, they’ll also work on a special acrylic painting project — developing a vibrant, finished piece of their chosen animal to take home as a lasting keepsake. Campers should come with snacks and a water bottle. Flexible Pick Up: Campers in afternoon session enjoy extended care in the afternoons. Pick up as late as 4:30 PM! Instructors and Camp Guides: Our dedicated team of instructors is passionate about nurturing creativity in children. With a blend of expertise in both art and education, they ensure a supportive and encouraging environment where every child can thrive. Kids will get lots of personalized attention in our well-staffed program, maximum 1:8 instructor to student ratio. Location: Camp will be held at Insight Fine Art Studio, located near Howard and Crawford Ave in Skokie, Il. Insight is a bright and spacious studio, equipped with top-quality art supplies and provides the perfect setting for young artists to explore their creativity in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Weather permitting, we will explore landscape painting, sketchbook drawing, and outdoor art projects at Hamlin Park and Charles L O'Brien Park, both just a few blocks from the studio. About Insight Fine Art Studio: We are thrilled to meet the needs of local families seeking fun, creative, engaging and affordable summer offerings. Our summer camp will expand on our weekly classes, and create an enriching and one-of-a-kind recreational experience. Additional information and participation waivers will be emailed to all enrolled students prior to start of camp. Waivers must be submitted (online form) prior to the first day of camp in order for registered student to participate. Extended Early Bird Pricing! Register before May 1 to receive the special rate!

Insight Policies
Refund policy: The cutoff date for refunds is June 9th, 2024. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the cost for each participant. In the case of a medical emergency after June 9th, refunds may be given at director's discretion with a doctor's note. No refunds can be given for any missed days during the camp week. We can not offer make-ups for missed days during the camp week. Parental Conduct Agreement: 1. Respect for others Participants will treat all instructors, staff, and fellow participants with kindness and respect. 2. Listening and Cooperation Participants will be expected to follow instructions, adhere to classroom rules and contribute to a fun and productive experience by behaving appropriately. 3. Care of Materials / Respect for the Studio Insight will provide campers with a wide variety of art materials to explore. We require all students to care for the materials as instructed, to conserve materials, and to share with other campers in the group. Any damage caused by a camper due to negligent or intentional behavior may incur additional charges. 4. Communication Please promptly inform the camp organizers of any concerns or issues that may affect your child's participation. 5. Health and Safety Participants must inform the camp organizers of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements my child may have. Participants must not behave in a way that endangers other participants or staff. Insight reserves the right to expel any camper who endangers others. 6. Pick-Up Procedures Campers must be picked up on time. For the morning session campers can be dropped off at 8:30 am (extended care hours) and must be picked up when camp ends at 12:15 pm. For the afternoon session campers can be dropped off at 12:45 pm and must be picked up when camp ends at 4:30 pm (extended care hours). For the full day session campers can be dropped off at 8:30 am and picked up at 4:30 pm (extended care hours). Any camper not picked up after 15 minutes will be charged $1 / minute.
